PR-Driven Events
Helping buyers with affordable housing.
Alongside a proactive press office, we were tasked by Fairview New Homes to create and run PRable events that would drive footfall, generate leads and land sales.
We advised Fairview to take a community-first approach, highlighting that events need to attract those at all stages of the house buying life cycle. Following our recommendations, we were able to introduce events that had a feel-good factor and a soft sales message. The events were open to existing residents, prospective buyers, locals in the neighbourhoods and businesses, and from the get go really bolstered consumer sentiment.
14 PR-led events executed, including NewHayes NHS & Clean the Streets Events, Kingston East Cocktail Masterclass and Nola Half Marathon, which generated coverage in hyper-local newspapers, and London-centric titles such as Metro.
11 sales events supported and promoted including the Nola Launch and NewHayes’ Bollywood Event, which generated 14 pieces of coverage in hyper-local, property trade and London-centric media.
