New hire follows a highly successful year marked by the launch of its AI logistics solution – Zeus Command AI.
Zeus, a pioneering leader in digital freight, has appointed Jan Riethmayer as its inaugural Chief Technology Officer. Jan will spearhead Zeus’ global tech strategy, driving the expansion of Zeus Command AI, and accelerating AI adoption across the industry.
A seasoned entrepreneur and former founder of digital freight forwarder and logistics platform Zencargo, Jan brings over a decade of expertise in scaling customer-centric technology teams and delivering AI-driven logistics solutions.
As CTO, Jan will be charged with advancing the company’s AI product – Zeus Command AI – expanding its reach into new international markets such as the US and India, and consequently helping businesses navigate the complexities of modern supply chains.

Jan’s appointment as CTO comes on the heels of a highly profitable year for Zeus, marked by the rollout of Zeus Command AI, which went live with Apollo Tyres in August 2024. As one of the world’s largest tyre manufacturers, Apollo Tyres first implemented Zeus’ technology across its European operations, with a more recent expansion into India.
