Tunisian National Tourist Office Introduces New London Team
The Tunisian National Tourist Office welcome new team ahead of World Travel Market 2014.
The Tunisian National Tourist Office (TNTO) for the UK and Ireland has welcomed a new Director and Deputy Director to its London offices.
Tarek Aouadi will become the new TNTO Director for the UK and Ireland, while Mounira Derbel Ben Cherifa is the new TNTO Deputy Director. Aouadi was previously Director of the Tunisian National Tourist Office for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, whilst Derbel Ben Cherifa was previously working in the Tunis Head Office.
The pair will be attending the upcoming World Travel Market event and aim to encourage visitors from the UK & Ireland to rediscover the North African destination, which is just a two to three hour flight from most UK airports.
“We are very excited about this new chapter for the Tunisian National Tourist Board and we hope to continue highlighting Tunisia’s tourist offerings. Tunisia is the perfect destination for those looking for a family-friendly, cultural or spa holiday,” said Tarek Aouadi, TNTO Director for the UK and Ireland
“Tourism figures for 2014 are looking strong and with Jet2 recently announcing flights to Tunisia for summer 2015 from five northern airports and Just Sunshine’s route from Bristol, we hope that Tunisia’s popularity will continue to rise in the next year” concluded Aouadi.
