Sought After Affordable Homes Launch in Kingston East, New Malden

Sought After Affordable Homes Launch in Kingston East, New Malden
1 July 2021 James Brooke

Fairview New Homes has launched its latest new home development, Kingston East, in the leafy area of New Malden, offering first-time buyers the opportunity to get onto the property ladder in an affluent district at an attainable price.

Launching on 19 June 2021, Kingston East welcomes prospective buyers to view the development and its 1 & 2-bed show apartments. Kingston East is celebrating the launch by paying Stamp Duty for first-time buyers on selected plots until end of July 2021, which will be welcomed news to many, as the government’s Stamp Duty Holiday end this month (30 June).

The new development, attracting interest from locals within the Kingston and surrounding south west London areas, has 228 private apartments, including studios, 1, 2 and 3-beds, priced from £318,000. Apartments are available to purchase with the government’s London Help to Buy Scheme (5% deposit), which means first-time buyers can buy their first property with a deposit of £15,900.

All apartments benefit from communal landscaped areas and their own private balcony or terrace, while being surrounded by the greenest spaces in all of London. The first apartments will be available for buyers to move in in autumn 2021.

Located in Zone 4, London Waterloo can be reached in under 25 minutes direct from New Malden Railway Station, which is just 18 minutes’ walk away. The idyllic Richmond Park is a 10-minute bike ride away, and just 15 minutes to both Wimbledon Common and Hampton Court Palace. To enjoy the bustling high street, Bentall centre, farmer’s markets and restaurants, Kingston upon Thames itself is less than 2-miles away, and a 14-minute bus journey.

The London developer celebrates the launch by hosting by-appointment viewings of its beautifully designed show apartment by interiors experts Trend Design.

Celebrating its 60th anniversary of building homes in London, Fairview has many years behind it delivering good quality homes that are genuinely affordable for Londoners. Over the decades Fairview has perfected the ability to discover regeneration hotspots that give first-time buyers a brilliant investment.
