WOW air launches ‘Snaptraveler’ programme
This summer, four lucky ‘Snaptravelers’ will jet off on an all-expenses paid adventure around the globe, sharing their journey on WOW air’s Snapchat channel (WOW-air). Calling on social-media savvy individuals with a passion for travel, entries are now open to apply to be part of the next generation of digital travel correspondents.
Following an initial meetup with the WOW air team at their headquarters in Reykjavik, Iceland, each ‘Snaptraveler’ will undertake three subsequent trips over a three month period. Travel will be between any of the low-cost airline’s 28 global destinations, with all flights, hotels, activities and living expenses covered by WOW air.
A truly WOW summer is a guarantee, with destinations ranging from upcoming new flight routes to far-flung cities Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco and Los Angeles, to vibrant European capitals including Copenhagen and Paris, along with sunny isles such as Gran Canaria.
How to Apply
1. Open Snapchat and create a story
2. Be fun, creative and keep it under 2 minutes long
3. Save the Snapchat story to your phone
4. Upload the story to snaptraveler.wowair.com
Entries are open worldwide from 25 April – 8 May and the four successful applicants will be announced on 17 May.
