AeroMobile Service Now Available on Air Serbia

Leading inflight connectivity provider, AeroMobile, has partnered with Air Serbia to allow its passengers to use their own mobile devices to call, text and browse the internet inflight.
AeroMobile has confirmed it will install its mobile network on 10 Air Serbia aircraft, eight A319s and two A320s. Air Serbia’s connected aircraft will serve destinations across Europe and the Middle East. The service will allow passengers to roam inflight just as they would abroad.
AeroMobile is a mobile network operator, with over 320 roaming agreements in more than 140 countries, including Serbian operators Telenor Serbia, VIP Mobile and Telekom Serbija. The company provides technology and services that allow the safe use of passengers’ own mobile phones onboard aircraft. Since its commercial launch in 2008, AeroMobile services have been installed on many major airlines around the world. In June 2015, the service was available to on over 570 flights per day to more than 230 destinations.
The service is simple to use; passengers simply turn on their mobile device to connect to the network and are billed directly by their home mobile operator at international roaming rates.
“We are delighted to be bringing AeroMobile connectivity to the Air Serbia fleet. Passengers are increasingly keen to use their mobile phones inflight and we’re pleased Air Serbia has recognised the value of offering this service” said Kevin Rogers, CEO of AeroMobile.
