Visit St. Pete-Clearwater today announced the official appointment of Denis Zyuzin as Director of Global Travel Trade Strategy. In this role, he will lead international travel trade relationships, manage overseas initiatives and programmes, develop strategy across key established markets including the UK and Ireland, as well as identifying opportunities in emerging markets.

With two decades of international tourism and travel trade experience, Zyuzin brings a comprehensive and sturdy set of skills to the destination, spanning leadership roles across destination marketing organizations, entertainment brands, hotel groups, and airlines.

“With a global outlook and rounded experience across multiple travel & tourism verticals, Denis’s leadership will be vital to maintain and expand our destination’s BEACH. CULTURE. internationally,” said Kathryn Reagan, Vice President of Business Development for Visit St. Pete-Clearwater. “As international travel continues to evolve, his strategic and forward-thinking direction will be vital for our destination’s present and future global presence.”

Most recently, Zyuzin served as Senior Director of Business Development at Visit West Hollywood, where he spearheaded global market development, sales strategy, and travel trade partnerships across the UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Canada. Previously with Warner Bros. Global Studio Tours, he supported international market development for the studio tour business, including successfully launching Brazil for Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, where it became one of the attraction’s top performing overseas markets. His earlier experience also includes roles across the airline and hospitality sectors.

Zyuzin holds an Executive MBA in International Hotel & Resort Management and Tourism from Institut Vatel / University of Perpignan in France.
