Vessel, one of New York’s most photographed attractions, and Equinox, a leader in high-performance luxury living, invite visitors to reimagine their workout with Vessel Run, a one-of-a-kind, high-intensity outdoor fitness experience through one of New York City’s most iconic landmarks. Engineered by Equinox’s Precision Run®, Vessel Run is a high-impact interval training class designed to push limits and deliver a uniquely vertical workout.
Combining agility, endurance, and breathtaking views, Vessel Run pushes participants stamina as they scale interconnected staircases, stopping along the way for body weight conditioning. More than a typical park run, this newly designed class transforms sightseeing into a full-body, social fitness experience unlike any other in New York.
Located at Hudson Yards, Vessel is a distinctive New York City experience designed to be explored from the inside. Featuring a network of interconnected staircases and platforms, Vessel allows visitors to gain extraordinary perspectives of the city from various heights and angles. With its signature, shimmering exterior combining bronze-coloured stainless steel and glass, Vessel’s appearance changes depending on the angle from which it’s viewed, the shifting daylight, and the movement of people in and around the structure.

Tickets to Vessel Run start at £41and will go on sale starting23 May at www.vesselnyc.com. Classes are 45 minutes in length and will be held weekly on Thursdays through September from 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, weather permitting. Tickets will be released on the last Friday of every month for the following month’s classes.
Additionally, Equinox Destination members will have exclusive access to the 7AM Tuesday classes which can book directly through the Equinox+ app.
