It’s the most wonderful time of the year in New York City, and Hudson Yards, located on the west side of Manhattan, is celebrating in style. Home to Edge, the highest indoor / outdoor viewing deck in the western hemisphere, and Vessel, one of the most photographed attractions in the city, Hudson Yards is adding some extra exciting activities to get visitors and locals alike excited for the festive season.

With Pinkmas at Edge, millions of lights and dozens of Christmas trees, an exclusive New Year’s Eve event, and more, travellers will have plenty to discover at Hudson Yards.

Pinkmas at Edge (until 5 January 2026)

This holiday season, Edge is partnering with Museum of Ice Cream in a new collaboration bringing the beloved Pinkmas celebration to new heights. Showcasing outside the walls of Museum of Ice Cream for the first time ever, Pinkmas brings its playful holiday fun to Edge, combining immersive installations and festive experiences high above the streets of New York City.

Open now through 5 January 2026, Pinkmas at Edge transforms the indoor sky deck space into a vibrant holiday destination, with festive colours, creativity, and city lights. During this limited-time exhibition, guests can explore life-size interactive ice cream pints, a banana jungle exhibit, delectable ice cream treats, and more.

Shine Bright at Hudson Yards presented by Wells Fargo (until 7 January 2026)

With over two million sparkling lights – including those wrapped around Vessel – and 725 Christmas trees throughout the Hudson Yards neighbourhood, this festive event is a dazzling display of winter joy and the ultimate must visit holiday destination this year. Throughout December, visitors to Hudson Yard will enjoy pop-up performances featuring Toy Soldier Troupe, seasonal sing-alongs, and performances by the Youth Orchestra of St. Lukes. Plus, Santa’s in town until the 23 December and posing for FREE photos Monday-Friday between 5-8pm.
