Rooster PR is delighted to announce its appointment by travel reservation systems provider, JFA Systems, to drive the company’s UK media debut after 25 years in business.
JFA Systems delivers highly flexible, comprehensive and user-friendly travel reservation systems to support tour operators, accommodation providers and online travel agents. Since 1991, JFA Systems has developed and managed reservations systems for customers across the travel sector including TUI, The Walt Disney Travel Company, Ski Famille and Peak Retreats.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2016, this is the first time JFA Systems has worked with a PR agency. Rooster will be responsible for launching the company to UK media, managing JFA Systems’ press office and raising brand awareness among key national and trade publications.
JFA Systems launched its Diamond Reservation System in 2011, a browser-based platform focused on streamlining and managing the reservation process. Diamond provides best-practice processes required to manage and track customer reservations across all components of a travel package.
