We love interns!

Which PR agency doesn’t? Yes, we all have interns take on placements with us but many agencies get a bad rep when it comes to how interns are used. Ultimately we want interns that come to us for more than a three-month placement before heading off to another internship at a very similar agency. Our aim is always to impress an intern into joining us as much as we want them to impress us. The result? We are able to recruit directly from our intern programme to fill permanent opportunities.
But how do we do it? Well recent intern Aaryn (as seen above!) summed it up pretty well in her recent article for Internmagazine.co.uk, it’s all about PR interns doing PR! There’s the odd cup of tea made and errand run, as there is for everyone at Rooster, but the key work for an intern is very much similar to that of our Account Executives – particularly those that impress us early on!
So get in touch if Aaryn’s article inspires you to take on a Rooster internship and who knows, maybe you’ll be our next permanent hire!
