Objective:

To engage and educate UK consumers on St. Pete/Clearwater in Florida as a ‘must visit’ destination. Planting the seed to ensure the destination makes it on future consideration lists for a holiday. Data capture forms an important part of the activity as being able to communicate with potential visitors to build the relationship over time is paramount.

Where:

Headmasters; one of the UK’S biggest hair salon groups with 55 salons across London and the Southeast of England. Who doesn’t talk about holidays while having their hair done!

Activation:

A month’s instore and social promotion reaching over 40,000 Headmasters clients who visit the stores along with a solus newsletter to their 140,000-database showcasing the destination. Promoted across all Headmasters social channels – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Competition:

We gave consumers the option of entering a competition for a 7-night holiday for a family of four to St. Pete/Clearwater with British Airways Holidays. We received 4,720 entries and opt-ins to our monthly consumer newsletter. All entries received a British Airways Holiday ‘special offer’ after the event.
