We work with Vastint UK to ensure all eyes are on its unique corner of east London: Sugar House Island.

The power and importance of community has been stronger than ever in 2020, which is the foundation for the launch of Vastint UK’s new community of homes, offices, independent retailers and a new primary school.

Sugar House Island is a mixed-use development with rich history, fusing the creativity of east London with the delights of the city and access to central London in 10-20 minutes.

As a huge shift towards working from home took place, so did peoples’ need in what they look for in a home; outdoor space, nearby amenities and a home office. We knew how important this messaging would be as we launched Vastint UK’s first phase of canal-side residential properties: Botanical Mews.

Our goal was to launch much more than new rental accommodation. This launch would appeal to Londoners looking for a healthy lifestyle and be the start of a new community. As a result we worked exclusively with the Evening Standard to highlight the benefits of mini neighbourhoods, which noted London’s chance to recreate the city “in a way that is sustainable and socially inclusive”, before securing coverage in key local titles including Wharf Life, and Newham Recorder. We also put the spotlight on new business tenants taking residency at Sugar House Island, most notably global book publisher Phaidon, which relocated after more than 20 years in King’s Cross.

Also tasked with building Vastint UK’s profile in the industry, we work closely with property trade press to ensure every stage of Sugar House Island’s development is captured by the media. In-depth interviews between Vastint UK MD, Andrew Cobden, and CoStar News and Property Week have ensured the developer’s vision for its UK projects continues to feed into how each news story is reported.

Highly targeted and carefully tailored with our message in mind, our work with Vastint UK is successfully putting Sugar House Island on the map for those living and working in London.
