Rivestia Costa del Sol has launched its newest development, The Sky Marbella, comprising 50 high-end apartments and 16 luxury villas, just ten minutes from the Puerto Banús marina.

Priced at between €6 million and €9.9 million, the villas are already under construction and are expected to be completed in the first half of 2026.
Local architecture studio Manuel Burgos is responsible for the design of the villas, which will include in each home, a private swimming pool, spa, cinema room, entertainment room and wine cellar.
Additional design features such as Technal aluminium double-glazing carpentry, Poliform Italian kitchens, real wooden flooring, infinity pools and Novara Design exterior kitchens will be conducive to a design that prioritises quality, precision and the highest standard of living; redefining the concept of luxury for its residents.
In keeping with the region, the development’s design is contemporary and warm, fully integrated with the natural and coastal surroundings to offer a level of comfort and tranquillity for its residents.
