“The unrivalled combination of flexible finance and through Borrow A Boat, existing partnerships with 1,000+ charter companies, enables owners to not only experience the perks of boat ownership for themselves, but also to earn revenue from the get-go.

“Own A Boat takes all the stress out of the purchasing process and is the natural next step for the wider Borrow A Boat brand. And, on a personal level, we’re looking forward to introducing boating to a whole new audience.”

Founded in 2016 and launched in 2017 by entrepreneur Matt Ovenden, Borrow A Boat has access to over 35,000 vessels in 65+ countries, and offers peer-to-peer listings as well as boat rental through traditional charter companies.
