Veteran new home developer, Fairview New Homes is celebrating 60 years of building attainable homes for Londoners. Known for its direct, dependable and determined ethos, Fairview is taking a step-change in its comms strategy as it launches its 433rd development launch this summer.

Rooster, one of the UK’s leading independent agencies, has been appointed following a competitive pitch, bringing its placemaking and human-first expertise to both PR and social briefs.

Fairview had six live sites from the start of Rooster’s appointment just over a month ago, however, press coverage secured in the Metro only a few weeks in resulted in the final sale at its Queensbury site in North West London.

Lucy Conlon, Senior Marketing Manager for Fairview said: “Fairview is a well-respected company within the property development industry but many among the general public are unaware of the company’s decades of experience and values. We are geared up to be the go-to brand that people think of when it comes to finding a good value, attainable home in and around London.

Rooster’s enthusiasm and ethos is such a great fit with our own, it was clear from the start that we were completely aligned on what we wanted to achieve. We are excited to see their creative ideas come to life.”

Yasmine Triana, Head of PR at Rooster said of the appointment: “Beyond the house-buying experience, we wanted to focus on home ownership and Fairview’s role in making this a reality for so many people in and around London. It can be life-changing, financially rewarding and freeing. From painting your first wall, to getting to know your neighbours and exploring your new local shops and restaurants, buying a home is a highly personal experience and our objective is to educate, excite and inspire with Fairview’s decades of knowledge.”

Rooster is working closely with the Fairview sales and marketing teams on the following live sites, with more sites due to launch in the second half of this year:

Regency Heights, Park Royal (NW10)

Located within one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects, Old Oak and Park Royal, Fairview’s Regency Heights is part of a £26 billion regeneration masterplan, which will deliver over 25,000 new homes over the next four decades.

The development comprises 499 one, two and three-bed private apartments, priced from £375,000 – £600,000, up to £95,000 cheaper than similar apartments in neighbouring developments. Park Royal will be home to two new ‘super hub’ railway stations, the much-anticipated Crossrail and HS2, making it the only high-speed rail interchange in the UK. This development is for savvy investors and first-time buyers looking for a good value, well-connected home.

Rooster is supporting Fairview with the last two phases, the final launching late summer 2021.

Synergy, Charlton (SE7)

Synergy is a hidden gem in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. With stunning views of the city and quick connections to London Bridge and Canary Wharf, Synergy offers the ideal home for growing families looking for more space and natural surroundings without moving out of London. A nursery onsite, ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ Ofsted-rated schools within a 15-minute walk, and a three-bed home from £599K make Synergy a wonderful place to make a family home.

Welcombe House, Harpenden (AL5)

Overlooking Harpenden common, Welcombe House is a Grade II-listed, Georgian school house, converted into five large, beautifully renovated luxury apartments. Fairview has painstakingly restored the building back to its former glory after it served several years as a hotel, and now just one apartment remains.

The final apartment is a 2,343 sq ft, 2-bed apartment benefiting from beautiful original cottage-style windows and all the features you’d expect from a Georgian building, including high ceilings and large living spaces. The sensitive conversion has created a characterful apartment with all the benefits a new build brings for modern living.

Situated just a short walk from Hayes & Harlington station, Paddington is a 30-minute commute door-to-door. Hayes will also host the Crossrail, and is experiencing huge regeneration, including £4.5m invested in the local area. 331 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments are available at NewHayes, costing approximately £454 per sq ft, making it the best value option for savvy investors.
