Wild Kiwi Europe Set to Launch in 2020 with 13 New Routes

Adventure tour company, Wild Kiwi, will launch in Europe next year, offering adventure seekers the chance to explore Europe by road and sea.

Wild Kiwi, the much-loved New Zealand born adventure travel brand, has announced its plans to launch in Europe in 2020, bringing a whole new form of flashpacking to the European market.

The tour company’s 13 new road trip routes, targeted at adventure seekers, will enable small groups of sociable travellers to take in the sights at Europe’s top destinations, with highlights including Prague, Budapest, Berlin and the Swiss Alps, not forgetting the beautifully remote destinations in between. Each tour will allow guests to cross diverse landscapes, encounter stunning landmarks and absorb rich cultures, all in the comfort of a luxury vehicle.

Wild Kiwi Europe will launch 2 May 2020 and span 15 countries, with trips lasting between seven to 28 days.

Combining the demand to explore the world by land and sea, Wild Kiwi Europe has collaborated with sister company, MedSailors, to include fully integrated and seamless sailing trips into half of Wild Kiwi’s routes. Guests can hop from four wheels to sails to discover the Mediterranean onboard a skippered yacht, exploring a new secluded bay and bustling seaside town each day.

Daniel Painter, Managing Director of Navigate Travel, parent company of Wild Kiwi, said: “We are thrilled to be launching Wild Kiwi in Europe next year, bringing a brand-new flashpacking offering to those wishing to discover Europe’s most stunning destinations.

The brand has been extremely successful in New Zealand and Australia, having seen a 375% growth in the last 3 years, so to bring the product offering to Europe is an ambitious, yet exciting time for the company and our loyal customers.”

Each of Wild Kiwi’s carefully curated trips comes complete with a guide and a Guest Experience Leader (GEL), who are experts in local knowledge and help travellers experience the very best of the destination they’re exploring. GEL’s will ensure that each guest, whether travelling solo or with a group, has the most memorable time, whether it be arranging adrenaline pumping activities, authentic local experiences or recommending the best bars and restaurants to frequent.

Painter continued: “All Wild Kiwi routes are designed to put comfort and balance at the centre of a trip and create memories which last a lifetime. It’s the brand’s mission to enable travellers to experience the diversity and beauty of a European road trip, without the discomfort of overnight train journeys, cramped taxis and sometimes unreliable buses.”

With the Early Bird Sale now on, most trips will average £90 per day*, with even-day tours starting at £623.
