Senior Account Manager or Account Director (dependent on experience). Full Time. Permanent.

Rooster is one of the UK’s leading independent PR agencies servicing clients across b2b and b2c sectors. Founded in 1999 by Henry Hemming, Rooster is focused on results-driven communications that deliver against clients’ business objectives. Managing Director James Brooke heads up the team of 20 genuine, straight-talking and creative communications experts.

We’re looking for a level-headed, strategic thinking, focused, and client-savvy Senior Account Manager/Account Director to work on a portfolio of accounts across the travel & tourism and business & corporate divisions.

We’re interested in candidates who have a real drive and determination to deliver results. Ideally, candidates will have at least five years’ experience and be:

  • Excellent communicators
  • Organised with a pinpoint attention to detail
  • Strong line managers & experience managing teams of varying levels
  • Team players
  • Social media savvy
  • Authorised to work in the UK

What you’ll be doing.

Working with exciting brands across sectors, no two days are the same. This role is for someone who thrives off reacting to the fast-paced news agenda, leading PR strategies and writing commentary, news releases and features for some of the world’s leading companies.

  • Leading 5-6 key accounts
  • Delivering strategic PR vision and account direction
  • Providing high level consultative advice
  • Handling C-suite level stakeholders
  • Securing tier one media coverage, with a focus on broadcast
  • Line managing team members

You’ll be based at our office, The Ministry, an amazing creative workspace with complimentary gym, swanky bar, café, terrace, cinema, sound studio and events space. The Ministry also hosts daily events and activities free to all Roosters.
