Quiet Spaces, Loud Impact: MuteBox’s Mission for Neuroinclusion

Freshly broken into a saturated UK market, Danish-established modular workspace manufacturer MuteBox entrusted our expertise to increase its brand awareness and market presence on this side of the North Sea.

In the space of just six months, we distinguished MuteBox within a fiercely competitive landscape. We strategically identified a highly topical issue for the business to ‘own’ that would resonate with many office workers, managers and facility management teams – namely the role of quiet meeting pods in shaping a more neuroinclusive workplace.

We seized the opportunity to position MuteBox at the forefront of those all-important conversations around auditory ergonomics in the press, at trade event panels and on its social platforms.

Collaborating with leading autism charity Autistica, we developed a campaign which highlighted sensory adjustments through the provision of soundproof pods as a viable solution for employers to support and retain their neurodiverse workforce, in-line with the charity’s recommendations and newly developed Neurodiversity Employer Index (NDEI®).

We also partnered with co-working space and members club The Ministry to develop product-led case studies that demonstrated how MuteBox booths were elevating the employee experience.

In tandem, we tailored MuteBox’s Scandi design and sustainability messaging to resonate with UK landlords preparing for MEES compliance by 2030 - continuously driving home the environmental and time efficiencies of modular architecture versus traditional construction cycles.
