How would you sum up Rooster as an agency your clients want to work with?

Rooster is a small agency with a big personality. We genuinely care about our clients and want to do well for them; we’re diligent, friendly and professional. We’re always thinking up new and creative ideas and solutions, we’ll never sit back and wait for things to happen. Our clients understand our down-to-earth work culture and can rest assured that we’re on their side.

How long have you worked there and what do you do?

Since May 2015 when I joined as an AE. I took a six-month sabbatical to travel in May 2017, but couldn’t stay away so was back by November 2017! I work on both travel and consumer accounts, which is great as I can experience two sides of the business and expand my skills across various industries. I’m lucky enough to have worked on a wide range of clients, from start-ups to fully-fledged brands.

What do you like about working for Rooster?

The company culture and working with nice people! If you have a question, someone will help you with the answer – even if they’re not on your direct team. There is no ‘I’ in ‘team,’ and at Rooster it genuinely feels as though your colleagues have your back and want you to succeed.

What are the agency’s plans for the future?

Continue doing great work for our current clients and grow existing accounts.

Jo works across the Travel & Tourism and Consumer & Lifestyle teams at Rooster PR.
